Under 2 hour drive from Toronto. Sandy beach and entrance way to lake, leads to a warm shallow safe swimming area for children; deeper farther out for adult swimming or swimming off the dock. Great fishing on this serene lake. Nature paths around cottage, massive dock for boats, shared tennis court for guests. The closest town is Gravenhurst, a 20-minute drive away. Wireless highspeed internet and internet cafe (desktop computer).

$3800 weekly in High Season (end of July, beginning of August)
$2500 weekly Mid Summer Season
$2700 weekly at Christmas, New Year's, or March break; $1700 weekly in June and September
$1500 weekly for all other times of the year or $900 for two nights
Off Season, $250 additional day, less for one couple. We request payment two weeks before your stay.
There is very high consumer demand for summer time availability for this type of good quality, well-maintained, road-accessible property with good water frontage.
Available year round, snow plowed in winter.
We also ask for a security deposit of $1000 for any damages, unexpected additional cleaning or extra guests that were not agreed to. This cheque can be sent at booking and confirms your holiday.
A 9.9 hp Johnson outboard is available for rent for $300 a week with a tank of gas and oil. Safety items, including various sized life jackets, are supplied with the 12' aluminum boat.
